Uniforms can be returned or exchanged provided that the swing tag is attached, the uniform has not been worn and it is in its original packaging.
Note: Any custom-made orders, sale items or discontinued stock cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the goods for fault or damage and must notify Madz Dezigns immediately. Madz Dezigns reserves the right to determine whether the goods are faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Custom-made orders have a warranty of one (1) month from the date of purchase.
Any items shipped that have been returned to us for “non-delivery / pick up” will include a charge by Australia Post and this charge will be on forwarded to the customer.
Postal charges for items are subject to weight, size and destination.
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post either through Registered Post which can take 2-5 business days or Express Post which can take 1-2 business days subject to destination and availability of stock.
Madz Dezigns does not take responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Note: Items are only shipped once payment has been confirmed. Once the items are shipped through Australia Post, Madz Dezigns is no longer responsible for the delivery.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and shipped which will include a tracking number. If any orders shipped through Registered Post or Express Post are not delivered within the specified days indicated above, the order can be tracked online by visiting Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/. If you are not successful in tracking your items, please contact us via email email@example.com.
